Return & Refund Policy

At All Sports Qatar, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to shop with confidence, and we are committed to providing quality sports equipment and excellent customer service.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
* The product was delivered damaged.
* You received the wrong product.
* The product has a manufacturing defect.
* The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within the eligible return period.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
* Be returned within **7 days** of delivery.
* Be unused and free from signs of wear or damage.
* Include all original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.
* Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly supplied:
* Used sports equipment
* Opened shuttlecocks or ball packs
* Opened grips and overgrips
* Customized or personalized products
* Clearance or final sale items
* Gift cards
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
* Your order number
* Photos of the product
* Photos of the packaging
* A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
4. Manufacturing Defects
If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Some products may need to be inspected before a replacement or refund is approved.
Manufacturer warranty terms may apply to certain products.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **7–14 business days**, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another product, please contact our customer service team.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the replacement item has a different price, the price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
* Incorrect product supplied by us
* Damaged item during delivery
* Manufacturing defect
**All Sports Qatar** will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
9. Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:
* The product has been used.
* The product is damaged due to misuse.
* Original packaging is missing.
* The return request falls outside the stated return period.
* The product was purchased as a final sale or clearance item.
